内循环粗粒化反应器的设计及应用

摘要 运用一种新型的内循环粗粒化反应器,对油田含油废水进行处理,可以有效地降低油份和悬浮物含量。从而减轻后续工艺的处理负荷,提高最终出水的水质。通过中试试验,测定除油周期约为22 h,除浊周期长于53 h。在有效的除油周期内,油份的平均去除率约为50%,在装置运行的时间内,浊度的平均去除率约为95%。 A new type of inner-circulation coarse-grained reactor has been applied in the oil field wastewater treatment, which has a good efficiency in reducing the oil and solid suspends(SS) content. Hence, it can lessen the load of the subsequent process and enhance the quality of the ultimate water. Though the middle-size experiment we found out that the utile cycle of the oil-purifying was about 22 hours, and the SS was longer than 53 hours. During the effective oil-purifying time the average rate of oil rid was approximately 50 %, and in the operation of the whole device the rate of SS rid can reach
