摘要
委托——代理关系是现代社会的一种常态,是社会分工的必然产物。在委托代理框架下,国有企业及其内部管理层具有身份上的二重性和人格上的矛盾复杂性,国企改革的核心就是要克服这种身份上的二重性和人格上矛盾复杂性交织在一起的负面影响,在既定的外部条件下,关键就是要改善和优化国企内部委托——代理关系来激活国企活力。建立在委托代理理论基础上,分析西藏国企内部激励机制的现状及其产生的原因,并在参照国内其他地区国企改革经验基础上,提出优化西藏国企内部激励机制的构想。
Trust - agency relation is a normal state in modern society and inevitable product of social labor division. Under trust - agency frame, the state - owned enterprises and managers have two identity characters and dilemma in personality, the core to reform is to cut away the passive affection. Based on the certain outer situation, the key to make state - owned enterprises vivid is to optimize trust - agency relation. To begin with trust - agency theory, this article analyzes the present situation of the interior drive mechanism of Tibet state enterprise, furthermore, based on the experience from other areas. Come up with the conception to optimize the interior drive mechanism of Tibet state enterprise.
