摘要 广告代理制是伴随着广告经营活动规模扩大和专业化分工而自然形成的制度安排。广告代理制的确立和顺利实施,能够理顺广告主、广告公司、媒体之间的关系,形成互惠互利的多赢局面。其顺利实施与发展,关键在于全面提高广告公司的业务素质。 The advertisement agency system is system formed naturally with the scale extension of advertising management and specialization of division. Its establishment and smoothly implementation could rationalize the relation among advertiser, advertising company and medium. It can also create the situation of mutual benefit and multi - win. The key to development and carrying out is improving the advertising eompany's professional quality all- round.
