摘要
针对铁路机务、车辆检修基地含油污泥的污染问题,对既有基地含油污泥的处理方法和工艺进行了研究,并对该工艺的洗涤液浓度、温度、酸度、洗涤次数、液固比、电解质等条件因素的影响进行了分析实验。确定了最佳工艺,提出了不同表面活性剂的复配方案,使残油量满足环保要求。采用上述方法可使污染物达到无害处理的效果,对资源的再生利用是一种积极的探索。
The paper refers to the oily sludge, mainly produced and rolling stock maintenance base, owing to long time stay, a kind during operating process in the railway engine of thin membrane has been formed on it' s surface. Research of the treatment method and technology for oily sludge of the existing base has carry out. The influ- ence of relevant conditions and factors of technology, such as concentration of washing solution, temperature, acidity, washing frequency, ratio of liquid and solid, electrolyte, were obtained through analysis and experiment. Determine the best technology scheme. Propose several complex-compound scheme of different type surfactants. The concentration of residual oil in soil will be reduced to satisfy the demand of environmental protection. Besides, adopting this method will have the effect of harmless treating sludge. It is also a positive exploration for regeneration of resource.
