摘要
研究恶唑菌酮在甲醇、乙腈、异丙醇及水溶液中,以及不同光源下和不同pH缓冲溶液中的光化学降解。结果表明,在太阳光下,恶唑菌酮水溶液光解缓慢,半衰期为51.7 h;在甲醇、乙腈、异丙醇溶液中恶唑菌酮降解效应显著,高压汞灯下的半衰期分别为1.70、1.36和1.83 min;此外,溶液体系pH值越高,光解越迅速。
The photodegradation of famoxadone in various solvents under two different light sources was studied.The direct photodegradation rate of famoxadone in aqueous solution by sunlight was slow,the half-life was 51.7 h,while it was quickly photodegraded under HPML irradiation.In methanol,acetonitrile,isopropyl alcohol,the half-lives were 1.70,1.36 and 1.83 min,respectively.The photolytic rate of famoxadone increased with the increase of solution pH.
