疏血通注射液治疗脑梗死的药物不良反应观察

Observe adverse reaction of injection Shuxuetong in the brain block

目的：探讨疏血通注射液治疗脑梗死时可能出现的药物不良反应。方法：73例以脑梗死住院病人，用疏血通注射液10～60mg／d静滴，观察用药期间病人在心血管、代谢、中枢神经、肾功能、皮肤等方面的药物不良反应。结果：所观察的对象中，寒战、出血、血小板升高、恶心各1例，因果关系为可能。结论：常规剂量疏血通注射液治疗脑梗死，有可能引起出血和过敏等药物不良反应。

OBJECTIVE To observe the adverse reaction incurred in the brain block by given the injection Shuxuetong. METHODS 73 cases were studied, the injection suxuetong was used 10-60 mg per day. The adverse reactions were focused in cardiovas-cular system, metabolism, center nerves system, renal function, skin allergy. RESULTS Four cases showed shakes,bleeding,increase of platelet,feeling sick respectively, the causal relation was possibility. CONCLUSION There may be bleeding and irritability reaction in the brain block by given the injection suxuetong.
