摘要
车牌图像由于受到采集镜头与车牌之间的距离,道路坡度,汽车驾驶速度以及司机所挂车牌位置的影响等,总有一定的倾斜度。这就为后期车牌图像的进一步处理带来了一定的困难,因此在后续的处理之间必须要对其进行倾斜校正。本文利用霍夫算法提取出车牌边缘的夹角,再将车牌旋转,最终实现了车牌的倾斜校正。
