在全球百年一遇的金融危机冲击下，美国五大投资银行中的贝尔斯登、雷曼兄弟以及美林证券相继倒下，拥有百余年辉煌发展历史的三家投资银行就此退出历史舞台。实际上，当前退出历史舞台的又何止是世界顶级的金融巨头，拥有270年发展历史、世界第一大客渡船、第二大豪华游船制造商的挪威阿克尔船厂集团虽然不是被这次声势浩大的金融危机飓风所击倒，但却被发展神速的韩国STX集团收购。

With its 270-year history, Norway Aker Shipyard Group, the manufacturer of the world largest passenger ferry and second largest luxury yacht, was not defeated by the storm of financial crisis but acquired by the fast-developing STX of ROK. Presently, Aker has become a historical word and been replaced by STX in Europe.
