本期中国出口集装箱运输市场货量稳中有升，但各大航线行情有所差异，运价涨跌不一，综合指数盘整。9月19日，上海航运交易所发布的中国出口集装箱运价指数报1133．46点，与上月基本持平；上海地区出口集装箱运价指数报1083．60点，较上月同期下跌3．5％。
With the closure of 2008 Beijing Olympics and coming of hot shipping season for Christmas, Chinese container transportation volume kept rising stably. But there were large differences among the major shipping lines with some rates up and others down. The composite index is in adjustment.
