角度指示型表面等离子共振传感器的研究 被引量:6

摘要 表面等离子体共振(SPR)技术被广泛应用于生物化学传感、药物分析和环境监测等领域。现基于表面等离子共振原理,在固定入射光波长为632.8nm的He-Ne激光入射下,采用镀有50nm银膜的Kretschmann棱镜型结构作为耦合器件,实现角度指示型SPR传感器对纯净水和酒精水溶液的检测。实验结果发现该SPR传感器具有较好的稳定性,其角度灵敏度达到219°/RIU。 Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) has been widely used in bio-chemical sensing, pharmaceutical research, and environmental monitoring. In this paper, based on the principle of SPR sensor, He-Ne laser of wavelength 632. 8nm was fixed as incidence light. Kretschmann configuration coated with 50nm thick silver film was used to excite surface plasmons. Water and alcohol solution as dielectric were detected by the SPR sensor working in the angular interrogation mode. It is found that the SPR sensor introduced in this paper has stability SPR property. The value of angular sensitivity can reach 219°/RIU.
