摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用以ZORABX SB-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在275nm波长下对试样中的噁虫威原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明噁虫威的线性相关系数为0.9998;标准偏差为0.30;变异系数为0.32%;平均回收率为99.49%。
A method for quantitative analysis of bendiocarb by HPLC with acetolitrile and water as mobile phase, ZORABX SB-C18 column and DAD at 275nm wavelength was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, the standard deviation was 0.30, the variation coefficient was 0.32%, the average recovery was 99.49% respectively.
