摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用以ZORBAX 80 Extend-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在230nm波长下对溴菌腈原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明溴菌腈的线性相关系数为1.0000;标准偏差为0.22;变异系数为0.22%;平均回收率为100.1%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of bromothalonil by HPLC with methanol and water as mobile phase, ZORBAX 80 Extend-C18 column and DAD at 230nm wavelengt was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, the standard deviation was 0.22, the variation coefficient was 0.22%, the average recovery was 100.1%.
