制药污水排放实施新标4000企业谁能迈过门槛

《制药工业水污染物排放标准》已于8月1日起开始执行。对于末达标企业，环保部门可以责令其停产整顿，直至企业处理达标。有关人士认为，这将导致制药行业重新洗牌。
