摘要
分析了原木径切板制材的几种方法,提出了圆锯梯形下锯法的锯切原理,论述了径切板数控双联圆锯机的总体设计方案、结构组成、锯切装置和原木夹紧装置的设计要点,解释了双联圆锯机的主要技术参数。
It was analyzed in the paper that the several radial sawing patterns of log and the principle of trapezoid sawing with circular saw. It was deeply discussed that the general designing schemes and the mechanism of CNC-double circular saw for quarter-sawn timber. The device of double circular sawing and log clamping were described in details. The main parameters of double circular saw were introduced in the paper.
