摘要
钻杆是油田钻机上的一个重要零件，钻杆冷床是生产钻杆的设备。按要求所设计的钻杆冷床由两个床体组成，并配以输入输出辊道及缓冲器，适用于直径为D60-D140、长度为6—12．7m不同规格钻杆的生产需要。工作时，钻杆以步进方式横向前行，同时自转，以保证不会弯曲变形。论述了钻杆冷床的结构、液压、控制等设计技术。
A cold hearth is used in the production of drill pipe, which is an important part of oil rig. The cold hearth based on a factory requirements consists of two beds with input and output traveling table roller and buffer. The drill pipe is designed to advance hori- zontally and rotate at the same time, which eliminates bending distortion. The equipment can be applied to the production of drill pipes with the diameters of D50 to D140, length 6 m to 12.7 m. The structure, hydraulics,control and so on of the cold hearth are discussed in this paper.
