摘要 目前广泛采用的车辆悬挂装置是以钢板弹簧和阻尼元件为主的被动悬挂,其刚度特性是线性的或分段线性的,阻尼特性由减振器来实现。该装置的弹性元件和阻尼元件是分离的,钢板弹簧易损坏,减振效果达不到车辆运行舒适性和稳定性的要求,同时车身高度也不可调。参考32 t全路面汽车起重机使用的悬架,设计一种集弹性元件和阻尼元件于一体的油气被动悬挂装置,阐明其结构、液压系统和非线性变刚度变阻尼特性及减振等性能特点,对其应用及国产化具有指导作用。 The widely used suspension of the vehicle is the passive suspension which mainly comprises of steel plate spring and damping component. Their stiffness character is linear or piecewise linear and their damping character is realized by absorber. The spring component is separated from the damping component in this equipment, so the steel plate spring is easy to be broken down, the result of absorbing can't reach the demands of comfort and stability for vehicles and the height of the body is not able to be adjusted also. This paper describes an advance suspension, which integrates the spring component and damping component by consulting the 32 tons overall-road automobile crane made in LIEBHERR Company of Germany and analyzes the structure and hydraulic system,the performance of varying stiffness and damping etc. This is beneficial to their applications and domestic manufacture.
