摘要
通过分析数控机床镶条的松紧对机械传动的影响,判断机床故障产生的原因,解决数控机床“跟踪误差过大”和机床z轴自动向下滑行的故障。
This paper analyzes the influences of the digital control machine tool during the mechanical driving, determines the reason of the faults caused by machine tool and solves the faults resulting in the excessively tailed errors of the digital control machine tool and in automatic glissade of z axis.
