摘要
加工偏心轴的生产效率和精度与夹具有密切的关系。通过对偏心轴夹具的改进(使用三爪卡盘和偏心套代替四爪单动卡盘装夹偏心轴),避免了找正,既保证了工件的品质,又提高了生产效率。
Productivity and accuracy of Processing eccentric axis have a great relationship to the fixture. Through improvement fixture of the eccentric axis, not only guarantee the quality of the workpiece and increased production efficiency, but also avoiding to find benchmarks.
