摘要
介绍了基于Matlab/GUIDE的柔性制造系统优化配置仿真方法。该方法运用方便,可根据系统的加工任务快速确定零件组及对应的加工单元,并根据最大加工效率,确定加工单元的设备布局,为系统提供必要的决策依据。
Based on Matlab/GUIDE, a new method is proposed for simulating the optimum configuration of flexible manufacturing systems. The method is convenient not only to establish the part groups and corresponding work cell rapidly according to a specific manufacturing task, but also to give the optimum configuration of the equipment in a certain work cell based on the highest efficiency as well, which provides necessary foundations for the configuration of the system.
