摘要
针对实时采集到的丝线张力信号受噪声信号的影响,使产品品质评定、实时张力控制产生误差等问题,提出了运用低通Butterworth数字滤波器对丝线张力信号进行滤波,并给出了Butterworth数字滤波器的设计过程。通过对实际采集到的丝线张力信号进行滤波试验,证明了Butterworth数字滤波器的有效性。
Aiming at the effect of unknown noise that influences the yarn tension signal in real time acquisition and causes the inaccuracy of the quality evaluation and error in the real time yam tension control, the Butterworth digital filter which is a traditional low-pass filter is proposed in the paper to separate the noise of the yarn tension signal. The design of the Butterworth filter is demonstrated too. In the experiment of the actual yarn tension filtering, it is found that the Butterworth digital filter is effective.
