摘要
网络对传统的著作权法律制度提出了挑战,随之带来了一系列新的法律问题,涉及网络的著作权侵权案件也日益增多。如何解决这些新的法律问题,已成为全世界各国共同面临的一个问题。文章就网络环境下著作权的侵权行为及责任认定等法律问题进行了探讨。
Network challenges the traditional copyright system, thereafter, series of new legal problems coming, and then, cases run on copyright tort in network become more and more. How to solve these new legal problems has been a public problem for the whole world. In this paper, we discussed some legal problems of copyright in the network environment.
