心理学家马斯洛认为人的需要共分为五个层次,并由低级需要向高级需要递进。辩证的运用这一理论,重视并合理满足高校师生的需要,以此达到激励作用,提高思想政治工作的实效性,是我们应该"拿来"并加以研究的课题。

Psychologist Maslow thinks that people＇s needs can be divided into five levels and that the inferior needs move further to the superior needs. We should use this theory dialectically, pay attention to and satisfy the needs of uniuersity teachers and students to stimulate them.
