Under the new situation, the ideology of young workers is experiencing an extremely drastic change, which pose much higher requirement for the work of improving young workers＇ ideology. This essay concentrates on the ＂Five Innovations ＂which are based on the concept, content, approach, channel and the mechanism while strenythening the ideological and political work of young workers .
