禁毒宣传教育是禁毒工作的重要内容和治本之策,依据新禁毒法的规定,在对河北省禁毒斗争形势的严峻性、国内青少年药物滥用的现状、国内毒品犯罪的严重性以及高校禁毒所面临的诸多问题分析的基础上,指出高校禁毒宣传教育工作亟待加强,并提出了高校禁毒宣传教育的具体对策。
