摘要 道德是人类社会特有的现象,是经济基础的反映,是人类精神文明一个重要组成部分,道德是通过人们的内心感受与社会舆论,调整人们之间关系的行为规范,起着经济、政治、法律、行政手段所不能起的作用。所以任何社会、任何阶级都非常重视道德建设。师德是职业道德的组成部分,是教师职业行为、品德规范。它通过善良与丑恶,高尚与卑鄙,诚实与虚伪,光荣与耻辱等观念,约束教师行为,调整教师之间、师生之间关系。 Morality is the unique phenomenon of human society and a reflection of the economic base, which is an important part of spiritual civilization. Morality makes people adjust the relationship between the code of conduct, through people's feelings and public opinion. And also the morality plays an important work which the economic, Political, legal, administrative measures can't play. Therefore, any community, any class have attached great importance to moral construction. The teacher's ethics are the occupational ethics constituent, it is the teachers' professional behavior and the personal character standard. It restrains the teacher's: behavior and adjusts the relationships between the teachers through the acts as the good and evil, noble and ignoble, honesty and hypocrisy, glory and shame, and other concepts.
