摘要
随着我国城市化的发展,城市房屋拆迁成为广大民众关注的焦点。目前,我国城市房屋拆迁补偿制度存在某些缺失,本文主要针对宪法及《城市房屋拆迁管理条例》中房屋拆迁补偿制度的缺失进行阐述,并提出了相应的改进建议。
With the development of the urbanization, eminent domain attracts many scholars＇ attention. Thece are many defects on the system of the Removal Compensating. This paper points out the defects on the system of the Removal Compensating and puts forward some advice.
