Two Interpretations of Corporate Social Responsibility Based on Different Standards

本文从企业和社会两个角度对企业怎样承担社会责任这一问题进行了研究,并探讨了企业承担社会责任与企业生命周期之间的关系,认为企业承担社会责任的能力与其生命周期阶段相关,每个阶段的能力都不一样。政府可以根据企业的不同发展阶段,采取相应措施,拓宽企业承担社会责任的空间,增强企业承担社会责任的自主性和积极性。

The issue on how to shoulder social responsibility is studied from the perspective of enterprises and society in this paper. And it also discusses the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate life cycle; the ability of social responsibility in each stage is different. Government can take corresponding measures to expand the dimension of corporate social responsibility, and enhance the autonomy and initiative of enterprises.
