摘要
员工流失已经成为民营企业发展的一大瓶颈,可以说民营企业的发展在很大程度上因员工的流失而受到阻碍。本文阐述了民营企业员工流失的现状,并分析了民营企业员工流失的原因主要有:企业不合理的薪酬、福利体系;不完善的社会福利和社会保障制度;企业缺乏科学、合理、有效的管理机制;企业文化建设不力等。针对这些原因进一步提出了相应的控制对策。
The turnover of employees of private firm has become a major development bottleneck, it can be said that the development of private firm has been hampered in the loss of staff due to a large extent. Based on the status quo of employee drain in private enterprises, the paper analyzes the main causes as follows: unreasonable salaries, welfare system; imperfect social welfare and security system; enterprises lack of a scientific and rational, effective management mechanism; insufficient construction of enterprise culture, therefore the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
