重组CTB对UC大鼠结肠组织IL-10及树突状细胞的影响

摘要 目的探讨重组霍乱毒素B亚单位对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠黏膜组织IL-10含量、DC数目的影响。方法SD大鼠随机分成四组,用三硝基苯磺酸灌肠法制备大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,第二天开始灌胃给药,连续治疗两周后取结肠黏膜组织测IL-10含量、DC数目以及观察大鼠结肠组织病理学变化。结果两个给药组能不同程度的升高溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠黏膜组织IL-10含量,减少结肠黏膜DC数目,与阳性对照组相比,重组霍乱毒素B亚单位组治疗更明显。结论重组霍乱毒素B亚单位能够显著减少结肠炎大鼠结肠组织减少DC数目及升高IL-10含量,对大鼠实验性结肠炎具有一定的缓解或是治疗作用。 Objective To Investigate the effects recombinant cholera toxin subunit B on DC and IL- 10 in ulcerative colitis of rats model. Methods The SD rats were divided into four groups at random, the model was induced by trinitro - benzene - sulfonie acid(TNBS) injected into the colon, and then feeded once a day for two weeks . Content of IL - 10 and variation of DC were determined and the pathology of tissues of ther ats were observed. Results rCT - B and SASP could significantly enhance the content of IL - 10 and reduce the number of DC comparing with the model, and rCT - B group more than SASP group. Conclusions rCT - B can reinforce the content of IL - 10 and reduce the number of DC. Thus rCT - B is effective for treatment of colittis .
