阿奇霉素对弓形虫病患儿外周血细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨阿奇霉素治疗对弓形虫病患儿外周血淋巴细胞亚群和Th1、Th2细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选取2005年1月~2007年12月在海南省人民医院儿科健康保健门诊和住院患儿,分为三组,阿奇霉素治疗弓形虫病组患儿20例,未经治疗处理的弓形虫病组患儿19例,健康对照组儿童15例,其中阿奇霉素治疗组在4个疗程结束后,每组患儿各抽取外周静脉血。用流式细胞仪检测CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、Th1、Th2、NK、B细胞在外周血中的百分率以及CD4+/CD8+、Th1/Th2细胞的比值。结果未经治疗处理组CD3+、Th1、NK细胞百分率、CD4+/CD8+比值较阿奇霉素治疗组和健康对照组高,而CD8+细胞百分率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弓形虫感染的患儿T淋巴细胞失衡,阿奇霉素可能通过影响免疫应答反应发挥保护作用,能有效治疗弓形虫感染给机体带来的损害。 Objective To investigate the effect of azitheromycin on serum T cell subset and Th1/Th2 in children infected with Toxoplasma gondii. Methods The levels of peripheral T cell subsets and Th1/Th2 in 20 Toxoplasma gondii patients treated with azitheromycin, 19 untreated child patients and 15 healthy children were determined by flow cytometer in Hainan Provincial People' s Hospital from 2005 to December 2007. Results Compared with healthy control and treated group The levels of CD3 + T lymphocytes and CD3 +/CD4 + T lymphocytes and Th1 T lymphocytes and NK cells in patients of untreated group were significantly higher , but that of CD8 + T lymphocytes were significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The disorder of T subsets plays a role in the oonset of the disease in children infected with Toxoplasma gondii and azitheromycin might offer protective effect in curing the lesions in patients infected with Toxoplasma gondii through immune rospones.
