玉溪市结防机构与医疗机构合作控制肺结核病的效果

Valuation of cooperation between the organization for tuberculosis and hospital to improve the case detection of pulmonary tuberculosis in Yuxi City.

目的通过加强结防机构与医院的合作,提高肺结核病人发现率和转诊到位率。方法规范医院内部登记、报告、转诊及CDC开展网络报告肺结核病人的追踪工作,建立全市医疗单位结核病人报告、追踪工作的有效机制。结果医院肺结核病人的转诊率由实施前的49.1%上升到项目实施后的98.7%,结防机构追踪到位率由43.2%增加到89.2%,总体到位率由57.8%增加到93.6%,肺结核病人发现率明显提高,新发涂阳病人登记率由项目实施前的17.3/10万提高到实施后的25.2/10万。结论通过加强结防机构与医院的合作提高肺结核病人发现的项目实施后,肺结核病人登记率、报告率、转诊率均有明显提高,较大幅度地提高了肺结核病人的发现率。

Objective To enhance the discovery rate and referral rates of pulmonary tuberculosis through cooperation with medical institutions and with aid of direct online infectious disease reporting system. Methods The cooperation between tuberculosis control bodies and medical institutions were established and various control activities were carried out. Results The referral rate increased from 49.1% before implementation of the program to 98.7% after implementation. And the tracing rate by tuberculosis bodies increased from 43.2% before implementation of the program to 89.2% after implementation and the rotal arrival rate from 57.8% before implementation of the program to 93.6% after impplementation, The case-detection rate increased substantially,and the registration rate of new smear-positive case increased from 17.3/100,000 before implemen- tation of the program to 25.2/100,000 after implementation. Conclusion The the registration rate, reporting rate and referral rate after implementation of the program are obviously enhanced through cooperation between tuberculosis control bodies and medical institutions. Thus the discovery rate of tuberculosis cases has been greatly increased.
