摘要 分析了梳理机工作辊的工作载荷,建立了数学模型,并应用Ansys9.0对梳理机工作辊结构强度进行了有限元分析,得到了工作辊受力变形与轴头长度及壁厚的关系,对工作辊进行了优化设计,确定了合理的轴头长度及壁厚. The working loads of work roll of carder were analyzed. The structural strengthes of work roll were computed by finite element analysis based on the mathematic model and Ansys9.0 software. The relationships of deformation of work roll under forces with length of axis head and thickness of wall of roll were provided. The optimum designs of work roll were conducted to determine the length of axis head and thickness of wall of roll.
