摘要
在药物化学实验教学中,引入三种合成藜芦醛的方法,即传统法、微波法和传统改进法。学生实验的结果表明,在引入微波辐射这项新技术或将传统方法进行工艺的优化后,不仅缩短了反应时间,还使收率显著提高。教学实验对比显示,科研与教学有机结合、相互促进,形成良性循环,推动药物化学实验改革的不断深入和发展。
This paper introduced three methods, namely the traditional method, the microwave method, and the traditional-improved method, to synthesize veratraldehyde in medicinal chemistry experimental teaching. The experimental results of undergraduate students shows that both the microwave method and the traditional-improved method are advantageous over the traditional method because of their more short in reactive time and more high in yield rates. With the contrast of the three methods, it is confirmed that the research work and experimental teaching can be combined and improved each other. These may develop a good circulation in the improvement of the reform and development of medicinal chemistry experimental teaching.
