坚持社会主义市场经济的健康发展必须牢记:中国的市场经济是建立在公有制基础之上的,是社会主义制度框架内的市场经济;坚持社会主义,壮大社会主义公有制,实现人民群众共同富裕,是社会主义市场经济的核心思想。在此同时,必须切实防止权力资本主义的发展。建立和巩固社会主义经济基础是保持社会主义政权,防止权力资本主义出现的根本途径;始终保持党员干部队伍的革命化,是防止出现权力资本主义的法宝。

Sticting to socialism is the political prerequisite for developing market economy in our country, and China＇s market economy should be based on the public ownership, or the market economy under the frame of socialism systems; it is the core thought of socialist economy to stict to socialism and enlarge the socialist public ownership and realize the people＇s prosperity. Establishment and consolidation of the socialist economy basis is the fundamental way to prevent the emerging of the power capitalism, which is extremely important to keep the cadres＇ revolutionary spirit throught in preventing the emerging of the power capitalism.
