反相高效液相色谱法测定保健用品中的延胡索乙素

Determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in Health Care Products by Reverse-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

目的建立用反相高效液相色谱测定保健用品中延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法样品中的延胡索乙素经氨水一甲醇提取、甲醇稀释定容、C18反相柱分离，在紫外检测器280nm波长处检测。结果此方法的回收率为86．2％～93．2％，RSD为6．5％。结论此方法操作简单，准确可靠，为保健用品中延胡索乙素含量的检测提供参考。

Objective To establish a reverse- phase high performance liquid chromatography （RP- HPLC） method to determine tetrabydropalmatine in health care products. Methods Tetrahydropalmatine in the sample was extracted with ammonia - methyl alcohol and diluted with methyl alcohol, the C18 column was adopted to separate and detect at wave length of 280 nm. Results The rate of recovery was 86. 2% -93.2% ,RSD was 6. 5%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable. It can provide references for quality control of tetrahydropalmatine in health care products.
