摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱测定方法的不确定度评定方式。方法依据JJF1059-1999建立数学模型,合成不确定度。结果对饮料中柠檬黄测定中由标准物质引入的相对标准不确定度分项为5.32×10-3,样品制备过程引入的相对标准不确定度分项为3.38×10-2,重复性实验引入的相对标准不确定度分项为8.4×10-3,合成相对标准不确定度为0.039 4,扩展不确定度为0.07。结论根据不确定度评定结果可以判定样品制备过程对不确定度贡献最大。
Objective To establish the assessment style of uncertainty for determination of yellow ultramarine by high performance liquid chromatography method. Methods According to Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (JJF 1059 - 1999), mathematic model was established to synthesize the uncertainty. Results The branch of uncertainty was found that standard material was 5.32 ×10^-3, preparation of sample was 3. 38 ×10^-2, repeatability was 8. 4×10^-3, the relative combined standard uncertainty was 0. 039 d, the expanded uncertainty was 0. 07. Conclusion Based on the result of the uncertainty, preparation of sample produces the most contribution to the uncertainty.
