西南民族研究中值得进一步研究的几个问题

Several Issues in History of the Southwestern National Minorities: a Further Study

西南民族史所涉及民族众多、民族关系错综复杂、历史变迁缤纷多样,因此西南民族史研究中难点颇多,对其进行深入研究的历史与现实价值也很大。全文仅选择秦汉"西南夷"藏缅语族诸民族的族源、滇国与夜郎国民族关系、南诏政权后期对唐用兵原因诸问题进行探讨,以达到抛砖引玉的目的。

The history of the southwestern national minorities involves so numerous ethnic groups, with their interwoven relations and different vicissitudes in history, that it poses quite a few hard points in our studies; therefore, a deep probe into these points is historically and realistically significant. The paper is confined to studying： the ethnic origins of the peoples of ＂Xinan Yi＂ as called in the Qin and Han dynasties and grouped under the Tibetan-Burmese language branch; the national relationship between the kingdom of Dian and the kingdom of Yelang; the reasons why Nanzhao regime during its later years should have resorted to arms against the Tang.
