论湘西苗族鼓舞的保护与开发

On Protection and Development of Miao's Drum Dance in Xiangxi

湘西苗族鼓舞是国家级非物质文化遗产项目之一,它是了解与认识湘西苗族文化的重要窗口。保护与开发被现代文明边缘化、濒危化的湘西苗族鼓舞是我们必须承担的任务,我们应当树立正确的保护观念并建立制度化的保障机制,通过恰当处理民族旅游与苗鼓艺术的关系、建立政府行为与苗族鼓舞的互动模式,最终达到保护与开发湘西苗族文化的目的。

The drum dance of Miao minority nationality in Xiangxi （west of Hunah Province） is one of the State-level incorporeal cultural heritages： It is an important element to make the ethnic culture of this region known to the outside world. However, for various causes, it is on the brink of extinction. So it is an arduous and urgent task for us to protect and develop this heritage. This paper puts forward the ways to protect and develop the drum dance of Miao minority nationality in Xiangxi.
