摘要
论述了反垄断法中消费者保护的相关理论问题;并以损害赔偿制度为例,针对间接购买人的损害赔偿资格,讨论了反垄断法消费者的保护的范围和程度;对我国《反垄断法》中损害赔偿制度进行评析,并提出了自己的建议。
This article discusses the relevant theory of consumer protection in anti-trust law.Taking the compensation system for example,the article analyzes the range and degree of consumer protection in anti-trust law in allusion to qualifications of indirect purchasers.At last it comments on the compensation system in Chinese Anti-trust law and puts forward some suggestions.
