摘要
5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)、邻菲罗啉与过渡金属锰(Ⅱ)、铁(Ⅲ)、钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)在水和乙醇的混合溶剂中搅拌回流,合成了一系列配位化合物,通过可见-紫外光谱,红外光谱,荧光光谱等手段对配合物进行了表征.
A series of complexes have been synthesized by the reaction of 5-fluoroacil, phenanthroline and transitional metal ion： Mn （Ⅱ ）, Fe （ Ⅲ）, Co（ Ⅱ ） , Ni （Ⅱ ）, Cu（Ⅱ ） , Zn（Ⅱ ）, respectively. These new complexes have been characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectra （UV）,infrared spectra （IR） and fluorescence spectra.
