摘要
从提高加热炉热效率出发,针对炼油企业常减压装置加热炉的生产情况,通过对加热炉的烟气氧含量即过剩空气系数的控制以及排烟状况调查,经过分析并对照生产实际,找出了影响加热炉热效率的可能因素,对提高加热炉热效率的有效途径进行了探讨.
In order to improve thermal efficiency of heating furnaces, heating furnaces of atmospheric and vacuum devices in refinery enterprises were analyzed. Based on surface temperature distribution of cylindrical furnace tube, oxygen content of smoke gas in the furnace, and conditions of exhausting smoke, the factors influencing the thermal efficiency of the furnace were discussed, and several methods to increase thermal efficiency of heating furnaces were presented.
