商谈伦理与和谐医患关系的重构

Reconstruction of Discourse Ethics and Harmonious Physician-patient Relationship

于尔根.哈贝马斯的商谈伦理理论以普遍化原则和话语原则为核心内容,希翼通过主体间的商谈与沟通建立一个理想的话语情境,改变因权力和金钱侵蚀而造成的违背主体意志的扭曲性交往。虽然当下通过对话消解医患矛盾仍不现实,但以目的性价值引领工具性价值,通过有效的话语行为凸显医患间的对话意识,可有效促使医患关系从紧张走向和谐。

Discourse Ethics advocated by Jurgen Habermas, with the principles of universalization and discourse as its key content, tries to construct an ideal speech situation by discourse and change the distorted mode of interaction which develops owing to the negative effect from power and money and goes against the will of doctors and patients. Though presently it is impractical to remove the conflict between doctors and patients by discourse, harmonious physician-patient relationship can still be effectively achieved by integrating the tool value under the goal of purposeful value and taking powerful discourse acts to highlight the consciousness of communication between doctors and patients.
