摘要
为了将泡沫流体应用于海上油田,研制和开发了由制氮机组、泡沫发生器和自动控制系统组成的适应于海上油田的氮气泡沫注入系统。为了确定泡沫冲砂洗井的工艺参数,建立了泡沫流体在井筒内流动时的数学模型,采用恒定环空回压的迭代方法进行了求解,并编制了相应的计算软件。以氮气泡沫流体作为入井液,将开发的氮气泡沫注入系统应用于埕岛油田。应用结果表明,海水泡沫发生器具有结构简单、耐高压、耐腐蚀、能够连续制备泡沫等优点,可用于各种复杂条件下的施工作业;氮气泡沫流体能够有效降低漏失量,减少污染,提高油井作业效果和油田开发的经济效益。
In order to apply the foam fluid to the offshore oilfield, nitrogen foam injection system which consists of nitrogen preparation set, foam generator and automatic control system was designed and developed. In order to determine the technological parameters, an mathematical model for foam fluid flowing in wellbore was developed. The model was solved by iteratire method of constant annular back-pressure and corresponding software was programmed. The injection system was applied to Chengdao Oilfield. Application results show that the foam generator using sea water as liquid phase has the properties of simple structure, high pressure enduring, corrosion resisting and continous working, which can be used to different complex situations. The sand washing by nitrogen foam fluid had the merits of lowering leakage, reducing pollution, which improved economic benefit of oilfield development.
