运动员参加奥运会与四大网球公开赛动机比较研究

Comparatively Study on Psychological Motivation of the Athletes' Participated in the Tennis Competition of Olympic Games and the Professional Tennis Competition

奥林匹克运动与单项体育运动的发展历来都是处于矛盾中。通过文献查阅、数据整理与分析、观察等方法比较四大网球公开赛与奥运会网球比赛的运动员参赛动机,发现:多数职业网球选手在全年职业比赛的安排中,更加专注于参加四大网球公开赛,奥运会网球比赛参与动机不强;世界顶级选手在大满冠的网球成绩远远好于在奥运会网球比赛中的成绩;然而中国网球选手参赛动机以及少数国外优秀网球选手参加奥运会网球的动机强于四大网球公开赛。对奥运会承办方、各国参加奥运会网球比赛的运动员提出增强参赛动机可行性建议。

The Olympic movement and the individual sports have always been in the midst of contradictions. By comparing the participating motive of athletes in the professional tennis tournaments and the tennis competition in Olympic Games through literary reviewing, data processing and analyzing, following results can be found： the majority of professional tennis players pay more attentions to the professional tennis tournaments than to the tennis competition in the Olympic Games; the top level players get far better results in the professional tennis tournaments than in the tennis competition in the Olympic Games. However, Chinese tennis players participate in the Olympic Games with stronger motivation as well as rome outstanding tennis players all over the world. There are some feasibie proposals to enhance competition motive of the athletes participating in the Olympic Tennis Games.
