ERK与bFGF蛋白在乳腺癌中表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶ERK在乳腺癌组织中的表达、临床意义及其与bFGF蛋白的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测90例乳腺癌,10例乳腺癌旁组织和15例乳腺良性病变中ERK和bFGF蛋白的表达情况。结果ERK1/2和bFGF蛋白在浸润性乳腺癌组阳性表达率分别为81.1%和62.2%,与癌旁组织和乳腺良性病变比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。ERK蛋白阳性表达与乳腺癌的临床分期有关,有腋窝淋巴结转移者的阳性表达高于无转移者,经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。bFGF,ERK蛋白阳性表达与乳腺癌的肿瘤直径、组织学类型状态、组织学分级无关(P>0.05)。结论ERK蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达上调,且与病理分期有关,提示其可能在乳腺癌发生、发展中起重要作用,ERK可能成为乳腺癌治疗中的一个靶基因,ERK与bFGF蛋白可能在乳腺癌的演进中起着协同作用。 Objective To study the expressions in primary breast carcinomas, clinic significance of ERK and the relationship be-tween it and bFGF protein as well. Methods The expression of ERK and bFGF protein was studied in 90 breast carcinoma samples, 10 breast benign lesions samples as well as 15 adjacent normal tissues by SP inmmunohistochemical (IHC) analysis. Results The positive rates for ERK and bFGF expression were 81.1% and 62.2% respectively in breast cancer tissues, and there was obvious difference when compared with cancer adjacent normal tissues and breast benign lesion. There was no significant difference between the expression of ERK, tumor size, histologie type and histologie grade (P 〉0. 05). The expression of bFGF protein in breast cancer had nothing to do with tumor size, histologic type and histologie grade ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The protein expression of ERK and bFGF were correla- ted with each other (P 〈 0. 05) closely. Conclusions The over - expression of ERK in breast cancer tissues was coupled with pathological grade, which indicated it may play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of breast cancer, and it should be a target gene in therapy of breast cancer. ERK and bFGF may play synergetic roles in the process of carcinogenesis of breast carcinomas.
