高效液相色谱法测定补益活络丸中2,3,5,4,-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的含量

HPLC determination of 2,3,5,4,-Terahydroxy distyrene-2-O-β-D glucoside in Buyihuoluo Pills

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定补益活络丸中2,3,5,4,-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的含量。方法采用Hypersil ODSC18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水(18∶82)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长320nm。结果2,3,5,4,-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷在0.164～1.312μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.80%(n=6),RSD=1.11%。结论所建立的方法稳定、可靠,可为该产品建立质量控制方法提供参考。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of 2,3,5,4,-terahydroxystilbene -2-O-β-D glucoside in Buyihuoluo Pills. Methods A Hypersil ODSC18 column （4.6mm×200mm,5μm） was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water （18：82）, the flow rate was 1.0ml/min, detection wavelength at 320nm. Results The linearity range was 0.164-1.312μg, r=0.9997, average recovery rate was 99.80%（n=6）, RSD=1.11%. Conclusion This method is accurate and reproducible, and availed for quality control the Buyihuoluo Pills.
