摘要
目的研究鱼皮胶原肽对小鼠皮肤胶原代谢的影响。方法利用盐酸水解鼠皮使得羟脯氨酸(HYP)游离出来,用可见分光光度计法测定小鼠皮肤中HYP的含量,再折算成胶原蛋白含量,并将22只小自鼠分为鱼皮胶原肽组和对照组,分别对小鼠皮肤的胶原蛋白含量进行比较。结果经t检验,人体推荐量的20倍剂量鱼皮胶原肽组的胶原蛋白含量与对照组相比有统计学意义[鱼皮胶原肽组(69.79%±4.36%);对照组(64.36%±4.36%),P〈0.05],且对实验组小鼠体重与对照组相比显著减少[鱼皮胶原肽组(32.10±3.16)g;对照组(36.50±2.19)g,P〈0.05]。结论鱼皮胶原肽具有增加皮肤胶原蛋白含量的作用,同时似乎还有减肥的功能,作为一种新兴的化妆品原料,鱼皮胶原肽将拥有广阔的发展前景。
Objective To study the effect of fish skin collagen peptide on skin collagen metabolism. Methods Twenty-two rats were divided into treatment and control groups. In rats of the treatment group, fish skin collagen peptide at a dose that is 20 times of the recommended dose for human was added to the food for 40 days. Skin HYP was isolated by hydrolysis with hydrochloric acid. The concentration of skin HYP was determined by visible spectrophotometer and converted it to collagen concentration and compared between the 2 groups. Results The skin collagen concentration was signhqcantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group (69. 79% ± 4. 36% ;64. 36% ± 4. 36%, P 〈 0.05 ). At 40 days, the average body weight of rats in the treatment group was (32. 1± 3.16)g; while it was(36. 5 ± 2. 19)g in the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Fish skin collagen peptide may help to increase collagen concentration of skin and control body weight.
