丛枝菌根真菌对温室黄瓜生长及产量品质的影响 被引量:13

摘要 以黄瓜为材料于温室盆栽条件下,研究丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizas fungi,AMF)Glomous ver-siforme(GV)对黄瓜生长的影响。结果表明:苗期接种GV真菌后可提高黄瓜的株高,叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素及可溶性糖含量;提高了黄瓜产量;黄瓜中总糖、干物质重量和维生素C、N、P、K、Zu、Cu等营养物质含量也有增加。 The effects of arbuscular mycorrhizas fungi Glomous versiforme on the growth, yield and fruit quality of cucumber was investigated with potted experiments in greenhouse. The results showed that the height of plants,contents of chlorophy a and b, soluble sugar in cucumber were increased significantly by inoculation cucumber seedling with the Glomous versiforme. The inoculation of cucumber seedling with the Glomous versiforme also increased the yieldand contents of total sugar, fruit dry matter, vitamin C, N, P, K, Zn, and Cu nutrient in the fruit.
