摘要
密度为7.2g/cm3(相对密度93%)的Fe-Cu-Ni-Mo-WC-C铁基粉末冶金结构钢制成的洗衣机零件ORT齿圈,在可控气氛下碳氮共渗淬火、低温回火后,其组织为针状马氏体,细小的WC硬质颗粒均匀分布在基体中,抗拉强度达到980MPa。其综合力学性能优越,耐磨性优于GCr15轴承钢件。
After being carbonitrided and hardened in controlled atmosphere and tempered at low temperature, Fe-Cu- Ni-Mo-WC-C multielement ferrous P/M structure steel with the density over 7.2g/cm^3 (density ratio 93% ) has microstructure of acicular martensite and high strengthup to 980MPa and wear resistence superior to (GCrl5) bearing steel. Small hard WC particles are uniformly distributed in the base, hardness and wear resistance property of the base are distinctly improved. Mechanical property of ORT ring gear made from the material completely meet the specifications of super deceleration clutch of duplex dynamic washer.
