摘要
利用耐久性涂层制备的涂层1号催化剂,在新鲜态及老化态时,对CO、HC、NO_x的转化率都优于涂层2号催化剂,特别是老化态催化剂涂层1号的催化转化率分别比涂层2号催化剂高16.8%、8.6%及30%。空燃比对催化剂的转化效率具有很大影响,精确控制的空燃比状况能提高催化剂的转化效率,从而降低催化剂的使用成本。
Prepared by using durable coatings, the No. I catalyst, when in a fresh condition and in an aging state is higher in the rate of conversion for CO, HC and NOx than that of the No. Ⅱ catalyst, especially the No. Ⅰ in the aging state is higher by 16.8%, 8.6% and 30% for CO, HC and NOx in terms of the rate of conversion as compared with the No. Ⅱ respectively. The air fuel ration has a great influence upon the rate of catalyst conversion. Accurately-controlled air fuel ratio improves the rate of catalyst conversion, thus reducing the cost of use of catalysts.
